Course Brief: When did you last raise prices? In Asia, it’s tough. More common is the refrain, ‘We’re in a commodities (or competitive or overcapacity) business; we have no pricing power’. Unfortunately, such myopic thinking costs Asia’s business billions in lost sales and profit.

This course is an advanced practicum in strategic pricing. It helps participants use pricing strategy to boost their earnings through advanced pricing strategies, and fast. It guides participants in using pricing strategies to optimize profits, increase sales, expand market share, and create sustainable advantage. Emphasis is placed on choosing from among six core pricing strategies, understanding the tradeoffs between price, volume, and profit, and then systematically identifying opportunities in which strategic pricing increase profit and growth.
