Course Brief: To enhance perspectives of government officials and, NGO staff to undertake the task of facilitating and leading the process of mainstreaming gender in development, policy formulation and institution building using ICT. The course content covers ICTs and gender development, ICT tools, technology and empowerment of women and study visit to various GO and NGOs agencies of possibilities for developing skills for women in Thailand.
