Course Brief: The course aims to enhance participants’ competencies in designing and developing micro-enterprises and markets for small producers. The course content covers SWOT analysis and planning for micro-enterprise development, market analysis, strategic product design and development, value chain and cluster development, quality standards, effective branding, packaging and marketing strategies, ICT and e-commerce, business plan, financial management, business networking and micro-credit services. It also includes case studies, best practices, and exposure visits to entrepreneur development projects in rural and urban areas.
