Course Brief: This program aims to expose participants with learning opportunity on small and medium-sized entrepreneur (SME) development in tourism for poverty reduction and local economic growth. The program covers seminars on small and medium-sized tourism enterprises development. It highlights visits to development agencies and projects working on credit operations and incentives for SME initiatives, public private partnerships, capacity development for small and medium entrepreneurs including guesthouses, small tour operators, restaurants and Internet cafes, and souvenir producers and outlets.
