Course Brief: This three-week course aims to enhance knowledge and skills of participants on project planning, management, implementation and controlling. The course content covers project planning and appraisal, project management tools, project management and control, project monitoring and evaluation, human resource management, and study visits.
In addition to classroom sessions, study visits are organized to various development projects for participants to gain experience on management practices. The participants also gain exposure to Thai rural planning systems, integrated agriculture, rural development projects, public infrastructures, water resources development projects and community-based development project.
