This fee is for a customized course for ten or fewer participants. For additional participants, the fee is USD 2500 ​per participant.

​For these fees, the client may customize the course to the precise needs ​of the client's organization. Scheduling will be in consultation with the client.

 Participants: Development project and program planners, managers, coordinators, development officers, extension officers, leaders in government, private organizations and NGOs.

Course Brief: The course aims at improving the management and implementation skills of personnel who are engaged in various development projects by focusing on the planning, implementation, coordination, monitoring and evaluation skills.

The course methodology comprises lectures, group work, practical exercises, case studies, reflective thinking and group discussions. There will also be several study visits to different government and non-government organizations involved in management and implementation of development projects. This way the course aims to ensure that participants return to their workplace with practical insights into best practices or challenges and constraints faced in management and implementation of development projects, and can build on lessons learned.
