AIT Extension in conjunction with the Department of Personnel and Training (DoPT), Government of India is hosting a three-weeks professional development course on “Training of Trainers” (24 Jan – 11 Feb, 2011) at Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Bangkok, Thailand.
8 educators and officials from various state departments, India is attending this program at AIT campus. The training program aims to help the participants to develop a systematic and effective approach to learning and development. The focus is to provide necessary skills and knowledge needed as a foundation on which participants can later develop the specialist skills of identifying training needs, designing, delivering and evaluating quality learning and training interventions.
