Course content includes key steps and success factors of decentralized education planning and management, strategic plan into a Logical Framework for effective outcomes-driven implementation; develop workable and contextualized key performance indicators and quality criteria for educational results, deploy the essential competencies of effective management and leadership, in an Education context, appropriate educational management tools and techniques for result-based educational management, implement budgeting for, and monitoring of, the Education plan, so as to improve educational outcomes.
