Course Brief: This program aims to expose participants with learning opportunity on latest trends and practices in developing pro-poor rural/ community tourism. The program covers seminars on planning and management of rural/community tourism destination and special interest of rural travelers. It highlights exposure visits to agencies and projects initiated by GO, NGO and private sector on management of rural tourism products and services, agro-tourism, home stay, tourism infrastructure and facilities development, capacity building and HRD for local organizations and communities.
