This course aims to upgrade knowledge and enhance skills of the participants in designing and developing quality assurance (QA) systems and implementing QA activities for improvement of education and training processes.
The course modules include a review of QA concepts and principles, case discussions and critical assessment of quality management systems, standards and tools. Participants also engage in workshops and hands-on activities on how to develop tools and checklists to be used for auditing QA implementation activities. Study visits to institutions with established QA systems are arranged to expose participants to best practices in quality management.

- Case Studies, Workshops and Study Visits
Case studies on quality assurance certification experiences of selected education and training institutions; workshops on developing quality assurance plan; study visits to relevant education and training institutions that received quality assurance certification.
