Online Professional Development Course on Strategic Human Resource Management and Business Leadership (Batch 4)

This 6 days online course focuses on the changing role of HR in strategically performing its functions of talent acquisition, employee engagement and well-being, training and development, and performance management for the achievement of business results.


With the advent and application of modern technology in both manufacturing and service sectors, the focus of HRM and HRD across various organizations is becoming paramount. Strategic HRM which is proactive management of people, needs to think ahead on coping with the new challenges of the organizations. It is very critical for every organization to strategize its hiring, retaining, benefits, training, upskilling and reskilling the current employees to remain on the competitive edge.
