AIT Extension in collaboration with Nepal Administrative Staff College ( NASC ), Nepal is hosting special tailor-made training and study visit program on “Leadership Development” from 10 Sep – 10 Dec, 2010. The program consists three modules: module 1 & 2 is planned at AIT and to Banda Aceh, Indonesia (study visit); and the third module will be organized in Nepal at the Staff College.
Twenty-three participants in two different batches will attend this training at AIT, Bangkok, Thailand. The group is comprised of Joint Secretaries, Under Secretaries, Senior Trainers (NASC) and Section Officers from MoPR.
The overall aim of the program is to contribute to institutional capacity building of MoPR through leadership development programs for senior officers and thus enhance their leadership skills for managing the change process to attain sustainable peace in Nepal.
