This 2 weeks Customized Professional Development Training Course on Improvement and Management of National Accounts Statistics is to be conducted for officials from National Planning Commission (NPC), The Federal Democratic Republic of Ethiopia during 20 – 31 August 2018.
The main objective of the training course is to provide participants an opportunity to improve capacity their knowledge and skill in National Accounts Statistics and Economic and Financial Statistic which will greatly beneficial for NPC and overall for the country to effectively plan and implement their projects. The training course focuses on enhancing the knowledge and skills of the participants through practical examples to have a clear understanding. Some of the key issues to be addressed during the training program are:
- Rebasing of the National Accounts Statistics
- Preparation of Supply and Use Table based on UN-SNA 2008
- Systems Establishment and Compilation and Aggregation of Regional/State Accounts in a Federal System.
