This ten days Customized Professional Development Course is prepared for eight (8) executive officers from the Sri Lanka Thriposha Limited, Government of Sri Lanka from 20 – 29 March 2019
The program aims to improve the knowledge of professional officers from Sri Lanka Thriposha Limited, thought and practice of HRM, build the skills and achieve the experience and attributes needed to succeed. The program is designed to learn the most relevant and up-to-date information to make participants clear understanding of the essential role of human resources management and why leadership is important in organizations.
