Today organizations are increasingly appreciating the significance of performance management for the success. Young managers, administrators, accountants or technologists have to prepare themselves to meet the challenges through proper use of performance management and innovation. This program is prepared in response to a request from the Ministry of Textiles and Jute, Government of Bangladesh.
OBJECTIVE: The course will provide a comprehensive overview of creating and leading a culture of innovation currently practiced in the industry. It is particularly suitable for personnel who want to gain a broader understanding driving performance in teams, organization and partnership.
