The 10 days course on Professional Development Course on 'Annual Performance Agreement and Innovation' is prepared in response to a recent request from Mr. Momtaz Uddin Ahmed, Deputy General Manager (Administration), Bakhrabad Gas Distribution Co. Ltd. (BGDCL), Comilla, Bangladesh.
OBJECTIVE: Upon completion of this training course, the participant will acquaint themselves with knowledge and skills on annual performance agreement and innovation. They will enhance their knowledge on key point, aim, step, need, benefit, of an effective performance agreement. Also knowledge on collaborative decision-making in innovation, collaborating across diverse teams, companies and creating an innovative culture
TIMING: The training course will be held during 21 – 30 July 2019.
