This one week advertised Professional Development Course is going to be conducted for fourteen (14) senior HR professionals from Bangladesh, Bhutan, Cambodia, Myanmar, Samoa, Timor-Leste and Tonga from 11 – 15 November 2019.
The course aims to improve the knowledge of the distinguished HR managers thought and practice of HRM, build the skills and achieve the experience and attributes needed to succeed and address the new challenges in the workplace. The course is designed to learn the most relevant and up-to-date information to make participants clear understanding of the essential role of human resources management and why leadership is important in organizations.
