The five (05) days professional development workshop on Advanced Management Skills is designed and organized to have an understanding on the principle of maintenance procedures of advance management skills, and leadership. This course is specially designed for the officers of the Bangladesh Export Processing Zone Authority (BEPZA).
COURSE OBJECTIVES: It is expected at the end of the program, the participants will have:
- understood the knowledge of human resource management from a practical standpoint.
- acquired the importance of knowledge on change management.
- insights into financial evaluation of projects.
- appreciated the practical approach to practicing leadership.
COURSE OUTLINE The course comprises classroom lectures, discussions, case studies, field visits, interaction with professionals and sharing of experiences.
