Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning

This course wants to address practical concepts and tools for monitoring and evaluation of projects. The concepts can be applied for any projects carried out by government, private and international organizations. The course covers knowledge topics that allow participants to connect with their knowledge and experience they have. This way the course allows them to dive deep to techniques they will have to use or adjust in the real project practice.

The course enhances learning of participants by reviewing key subjects, connecting the subject matters with case examples and give participants to access to other learning materials. Remote learning and discussion sessions will be organized to enable participants to exchange and share knowledge. By this way we hope that their knowledge will be solidified and added on with new ideas for future learning.

Ojectives:

• To achieve a comprehensive understanding of the concepts, approach, and tools for MEL
• To understand basic knowledge resources to prepare an M&E plan for  CSR's project implementation
• Be able to adopt a result-based approach in planning projects and use the logical framework tool and be able to define measurable indicators to follow up and evaluate projects
