Participants: Personnel responsible for designing or implementing security solutions for their networks, specifically network engineers and managers, security administrators, IS and data center managers, systems administrators, security analysts, and individuals seeking the CompTIA Security+ Certification.

Course Brief:This course is designed to give the foundation security knowledge to protect network from attack, especially from hackers and reduce the chance of security breaches. The course content covers key security concepts with Cisco & Microsoft curriculum modules, network configuration: use of port scanners, Telnet, TFTP, FTP, protection against hackers, design security plans: security plans to protect network access points and services, testing classroom network’s security and secure a host, repairing holes reported by vulnerability detection techniques, transactions through internet: use of certificates and public-key cryptography for encrypting information; security policies, policies and troubleshooting: piecing together network and security policy design in an intensive, hands-on environment; analyzing the trade-offs between performance and security; translating policy requirements into a technical security solution.
