The Development Management Unit, AIT Extension is running a professional development program on “Commercial Management and Customer Services” (28 May – 8 Jun 2012). The course is conducted under Energy Distribution Services Management and Technology Program (EDSMAT). Twenty-seven participants comprising Managers, Engineers and Senior Administrators from various power distribution companies in Pakistan are attending the program in Bangkok.
The two-week program highlights the key areas of commercial management and customer services particularly in the electricity supply industry and thus aims to thrust the participants into being more collaborative, congruent and help them to drive incremental improvement that their customers will feel and recognize.
