AIT Extension in conjunction with Employee Provident Fund (EPF), Nepal has commenced a one-week professional development course on “Effective Leadership and Management” (7 – 11 Feb 2011). 23 participants comprising senior and mid-level managers from EPF are attending this program.
Developing leadership capabilities can be challenging. This course takes a critical but constructive approach to different ideas; helps the participants to identify those of most value; and enables them to develop their own leadership practices and skills. It is designed exclusively for EPF managers in all sectors and levels.
