Education and Training Development Program of AIT Extension is currently organizing the Professional Development Course on Management of Training Centers on 21st March – 1st April 2016. This training program aims to enhance knowledge and skills of participant in leadership and management of training center activities, services and resources for better organizational performance.
Key learning areas cover Strategic Planning and Human Resource Development for Training Center, Quality Management of Training Functions, Strategic Marketing and Promotion of Training Products, and On-site Study at Training Centers of Private and Government Agencies to provide exposure and opportunity for participants to observe best practices in management and innovation of the modern training centers in Thailand
