This one-week training program is highly important to improve the office management of CIAA to lead as performance based organization and focuses that how the most important human resources are in balance by diversified workforce in terms of different skills and background beside financial independence in resource mobilization. It is also importantly cover the value of location/place and environment of office to plan its operation intelligently, to put its plans into effect surely, to follow the progress currently, to determine effectiveness promptly, to appraise the results omitting delay and to coordinate all the activities of the office. So all aspects office management do play a great role to achieve the goal of CIAA Nepal.
Learning Objectives:
The program not only focuses on developing supervisory, leadership, and training skills and also enables participants to analyze organization’s problems and apply solutions using appropriate technology and strategies. Principles of environmental sustainability will be explored. The course further strengthens the administrative professional’s research skills by making the most out of effective and efficient searches.
Upon successful completion of the course, the participants should be able to -
- Develop leadership, supervisory, training and motivation skills as it pertains to administrative office management
- Employ analysis and critical thinking skills to define organizations’ problems, identify possible solutions, and develop and implement a solution
- Manage the trends and challenges of office network systems as a result of new technology.
- Apply the theory/knowledge and skills gained in the classroom to a practical setting as determined by an employer
