In response to a request from Bhutan Telecom, Development Management Unit, AIT Extension is organizing a one-week professional development program on “Customer Service Excellence” (11 – 15 June 2012). 11 mid-level officials from Customer Care Department, Bhutan Telecom are currently attending the program in Bangkok.
The goal of this tailored program is to enable the participants to acquire skills and behaviors, which can improve their current performance, and to fundamentally understand the principles of Customer Care. The program contain models, exercises and discussions that present concepts and skills which are critical to effective Customer Care in changing times. Further, the program also seeks to provide practical tools that participants can immediately apply to improve performance in their functional areas.
