At the culmination of the learning sessions, participants will be expected to prepare a presentation, either as a group or individual, based on the program's critical learning points ascertained/acquired from all elements of the program to include lecture/classroom sessions, group discussions, case studies and hands-on activities. These learning points should reflect their usefulness and/or applicability/adaptability within their country and/or organizational context.

The emphasis of this professional training program is on practical learning through a combination of technical input sessions, experience sharing sessions, study visits, and exposure visits on Water Resources Management Organizations in Thailand. While majority of the program activities are planned in a way that the participants will mainly learn from the experiences and practices, the key theoretical aspects of project management will also be covered, which include Project Management Overview, Change Management, Monitoring and Evaluation and Integrated Water Resources Management.
