Course Introduction
About this course:
The Asian Institute of Technology (AIT) is going to organize a professional development training course for Thai construction managers on “CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING MANAGEMENT, CLAIM AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION”. This program will focus on core principles for increasing the effectiveness of project management, construction management, earthquake engineering including guidelines for solving construction problems. It will analyze both local and international case studies to gain a thorough understanding and help in determining concrete problem-solving methods.
This course also introduces construction management methods and techniques in technical aspects, contract management, and organizational management to make project management comprehensive in all dimensions. Participants will receive ongoing guidance and support beyond the course, enabling them to confidently apply the skills learned in real-world projects or even establish their own construction business in the future.
Training location: Asian Institute of Technology (AIT), Pathum Thani Province
Delivery Date: 13, 14, 20, 21, 27 and 28 September 2025 [Three (3) Saturday & three (3) Sunday in the consecutive week] (Training time 09.00-16.00 hrs.)
Medium of Instruction:
English & Thai Language.
Suitable for: Only 35 people who truly wish to be an effective construction manager.
