This module explores practical AI applications across HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, succession planning, employee engagement, retention, and wellbeing, while addressing important considerations related to AI ethics, bias, privacy, and governance.
Module 3: AI Tools and Practical Applications
This module introduces practical AI tools and applications for HR professionals, including generative AI for HR communication, competency frameworks, learning needs analysis, training design, HR dashboards, AI chatbots, employee self-service, and effective prompt design for HR and L&D functions.
Module 4: Future HR and L&D Operating Models
This module explores the transformation of HR and L&D operating models from traditional training functions to strategic business partnership roles, focusing on performance consulting, agile collaboration, workflow transformation, decentralized learning ownership, and future-ready capabilities such as AI fluency, data literacy, digital fluency, learning science, and an experimental mindset.
Module 5: Workshop and Transformation Action Planning
This module provides hands-on workshop activities and transformation planning exercises, including AI readiness assessment, identifying priority AI use cases across HR functions, creating AI-generated HR outputs, redesigning HR and L&D roles for AI-enabled organizations, and developing a practical AI in HR Transformation Action Plan.
