Stakeholder Engagement for Social Investment Project

Objectives:

• To have a comprehensive understanding of characteristics, interests and capacity of the key stakeholders;
• To increase the ability to analyze stakeholders and identify strategies to manage their interests and contributions;
• To identify a stakeholder communication plan for project implementation; and
• To identify stakeholder engagement processes and determine the effectiveness of the approach used.
