AIT Extension is hosting a one week professional training program on "Professional Development Course on Credit Control and Due Collection" for eight officers of the collection department of Bhutan Telecom from 30 May - 3 Jun, 2011.
This course aims to gear towards building capacities of credit collection staff of Bhutan Telecom for them to effectively collect dues from customers with bad debts and defaults. It gives them a wider perspective of credit and how collection is vital to keeping company cash flow. It instils in them the virtues, attitudes and effective communication skills for them to carry out their jobs in a professional manner that ensure customer loyalty in the course of credit collection.
