Education and Training Development Unit, AIT Extension received a group of Officials from Department of Census and Statistics (DCS), Ministry of Finance and Planning, Sri Lanka for a professional development programs on “Advance Competencies for Trainers” and “Development and Production of Learning Packages” (29 Aug – 16 Sep, 2011).
The course on Advance Competencies for Trainers aims to upgrade the knowledge and enhance the participants’ skills in the area of management and delivery of training programs. This customized program expects to underpin the assurance of quality and competence to address the necessary core competency set for trainers. Respectively, the Development and Production of Learning Packages program expects to enhance the knowledge and develop creative skills in designing, developing, and producing packages for various instructions of all subject areas.
