On 16 Jan 2012, AIT Extension in partnership with Higher Education Commission (HEC), Pakistan commenced the third batch of Advance Faculty Professional Development Program on “Ensuring Training Effectiveness” (16 Jan – 03 Feb 2012). The current participants comprise Twenty-five Faculty members from different Universities in Pakistan. AITE has already concluded two similar programs last year for the earlier two batches.
This program has been designed to upgrade the knowledge and enhance the skills of university lecturers and education managers in the area of management and delivery of training programs. The participants are expected to acquire the necessary modern-day competencies in the field so that they can systematize a similar training back home in their respective universities and workplaces.
