This training program aims to enhance participants’ knowledge and skills in project planning, monitoring and evaluation as well as developing monitoring and evaluation tools. Sixteen (16) government officials from Ministry of Education and Sports, Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Ministry of Planning and Investment, Lao PDR are attending the program. Key learning areas cover project planning, budgeting, techniques and tools in monitoring and evaluation, KPIs, result-based management, and effective reporting mechanism. Exposure visits to schools are also integrated in the program.
