This is two weeks Customized Professional Development Training and Study Visit Program on "Leadership Development for Public Service Delivery and Citizen Centric Governance" for a group of 16 Middle/Senior level Civil Servants from various department of Manipur State, INDIA from 24 April- 6 May 2017 to Thailand and Vietnam to learn the best practices.
This Program focuses on strategies and techniques of optimal human resource utilization for effective public sector management, Human Resource Management, Change Management and good governance practices for effective public sector and efficient service delivery.
It is expected that upon completion of the program, the executives will be able to:
• Gain understanding of the government policies and strategies in Thailand and Vietnam
• Developed understanding on how to enhance better Public-Service Delivery and outcome oriented socio-economic development of the country;
• Introduce proactive strategies to develop public policies and private sector participation; and
• Discuss and exchange information and experiences with counterparts in Thailand and Vietnam about effective HR Policies and public sector management.
This program to be conducted from 24th April – 6th May 2017 at Asian Institute of Technology, Bangkok
