This twelve day training course is prepared for Jalalabad Gas Transmission & Distribution System Ltd. (JGTDSL), Bangladesh officers and managers contributing to the decision-making process to develop the management and technical skills for their professional careers.Today the young managers, administrators, accountants or technologists have to prepare themselves to meet the challenges through effective management and technological skills. The knowledge of creating and leading a culture of innovation is becoming mandatory.
OBJECTIVE
The course will provide a comprehensive overview of creating and leading a culture of innovation currently in practice in the industry. It is particularly suitable for personnel who want to gain a broader understanding driving performance in teams, organization and partnership. This course additionally concentrates on aspects of corporate innovation tools and techniques that are unique to this industry. It will enhance the participants’ knowledge and understanding of current international practices and developments.
TIMING: The training program will be held during 11 – 22 June 2017 (excluding travel time)
VENUE: Surabaya and Bali, Indonesia

PARTICIPANTS: There will be 11 participants, 7 from JGTDSL, 2 from Ministry of Power, Energy and Mineral Resources and 2 from Bangladesh Oil, Gas & Mineral Corporation (Petrobangla). The participants are drawn from different disciplines, such as general/administration, technical and accounts.
