This twelve days course on Project Management is organized for executive engineers, sub-divisional and assistant engineers working in the energy sector. The course is designed in such a way that after the completion the participants will be able to better manage their projects through its entire lifecycle.
Objective: Upon completion of this training course, the participant will acquaint knowledge and skills on project management to manage a project through its entire life from planning to execution in efficient and effective manner.
TIMING: The training course will be held during 15 – 26 January 2018 (excluding travel time). The participants will arrive on 14 January 2018 and leave on 27 January 2018.
VENUE: AIT, Thailand
PARTICIPANTS: 12 participants and 1 coordinator are drawn from senior officers and executives engaged in different disciplines related to project management.
