The Exposure Visit Program on “Water Resources Management” aims to enhance participants' understanding and capabilities in the field of Water Resources with an emphasis on large scale development projects. The program will provide participants with exposure to current and evolving water resources management practices and methodologies, with a focus on project management and execution skills, including project cycle management and result-based management, monitoring and evaluation.

AIT Extension, AIT's capacity-building arm which contributes to the development of the region, is organizing an Experiential Learning Program for International Maritime Business Department at Massachusetts Maritime Academy during 22nd January to 10th February 2022. There were 24 Maritime students from International Maritime Business Department at Massachusetts Maritime Academy joining the program.

OBJECTIVE:

Leadership plays as a vital role for self-development as well as organizational development that will lead the firm to accomplish the targeted goal. The role of leadership needs to create and develop in accordance with the business’s vision. Leaders have to be trusted and faith from all staffs in that organization. This program will focus on the broad development on leadership skills for effective management. It also helps participants gain insight into new ideas and trends in leadership.

COURSE OBJECTIVES

This 4-day professional development course is designed for participants to enhance the employees, relate their knowledge and experience in a real telecom industry in Bangkok while also being introduced to the changes taking place in their fields globally. The participants will be drawn from different designations (Technicians, Accountants & Customer Care Executives), therefore the schedule will be divided into technical for the technicians and development of soft skills for the accountants and customer care executive.
